fractions,percents and decimals

Today in class we had a short quiz on fractions, decimals, and percents.


After we finished the quiz we had to express some decimals into fractions.

how you do it is that decimals are over one and fractions are out of 100. so you have to times the bottom number by 100 and what ever you do to the bottom you do to the top.

so the answers are:


0.7x100=7 over 10


0.67x100=67 over 100


63 out of 160 between 40 and 50 percent. true or false. justify your thinking with out calculating
