this is what you have to know when you are working with the order of operation:
B-brackets - when you have a question with brackets you work on the brackets first.
E-exponents - Then next you work on exponents
D-division -Since division and multiplication are like mom and dad which ever comes first is what you work on first.
M-multiplication
A-addition - Since addition and subtraction are like brother and sister which ever comes first is what you work on first.
S-subtraction
solutions to the 3 questions:
- Annie has been asked to calculate 1.7+6 divided by 2.She claims the answer is 3.85.Do you agree? explain why or why not. i don't agree because if you use BEDMAS you would have 4.7.
- Put bracket in the following expression to get the largest value as possible. 3x(2.8)+(6.4)divided by 4=10.9.
- Create a problem that could be solved using the following expression. (2.5+1,25)+(5x1.6)=14.

Kassey,I like your scribe post, but there is one little mistake. You put brackets on 2.8 in question 2 and nothing changes, because there is only one number inside the bracket.
Hey Kassey! Nice job on making a scribe post. You had everything we need there. Re-read you topic and fix some letters that needs to be capital. Thanks!

Hey Kassey! good job on your scribe post. I think you should re-read your topic, and fix some letters that really need to be capital, like your topic "order of operations" you should of put " Order of Operations".Thanks ! :D
Awesome job Kassey! Your scribe post on BEDMAS really helped me on what I needed to know about the order of operations. I think you should read over on what you have because you have some letters that need capital letters. :)
